Na 613 dagen akkoord over Brusselse regering

BRUSSEL (ANP/BELGA) Na 613 dagen is er een akkoord over een Brusselse regering. Het gaat om MR, PS en Les Engagés voor de Franstaligen en Groen, Vooruit, Anders en cd&v voor de Vlamingen. Dat heeft formateur en MR-voorzitter Georges-Louis Bouchez (foto) gisteren aan het begin van de avond bekendgemaakt op sociale media.
"We zijn opgelucht dat we na meer dan 600 dagen weer een regering hebben in de hoofdstad van Europa", zei Bouchez na afloop van lang overleg tegen de pers, meldt de Belgische omroep VRT.
"Hoewel de onderhandelingen lang hebben geduurd, zitten er veel vernieuwingen in ons akkoord", zei hij. Er zijn volgens Bouchez afspraken gemaakt over een nieuw mobiliteitsplan en een evenwichtige begroting in 2029.
De zeven partijen waren sinds dinsdagochtend aan het vergaderen om tot een akkoord te komen.
