Slapeloze nachten voor IOC-baas Bach

TOKIO (ANP/AFP) De voorzitter van het Internationaal Olympisch Comité (IOC), Thomas Bach (foto), erkende vandaag dat hij slapeloze nachten heeft gehad over de Spelen in Tokio. Volgens Bach viel het niet mee met de situatie rond het coronavirus, de tegenstand van de Japanse bevolking en het moeten weigeren van publiek in de olympische stadions. De Olympische Spelen worden vrijdag geopend.
