Ineos naar Tour met Thomas en Carapaz

MANCHESTER (ANP/AFP) Team Ineos Grenadiers start dit jaar met de Brit Geraint Thomas (foto), de Ecuadoriaan Richard Carapaz en de Britse Giro-winnaar Tao Geoghegan Hart in de Tour de France. De Colombiaan Egan Bernal, de Tourwinnaar van 2019, focust zich op de Ronde van Italië. Dat heeft teambaas Dave Brailsford bekendgemaakt. De nieuw aangetrokken ronderenner Adam Yates wordt de kopman in de Vuelta.
